MOORPARK, Calif. – Kavlico, an operation of Schneider Electric and a global business unit of Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) is pleased to announce the release of their P4100 Board Mount Pressure Sensor with Quick-Hose Disconnect.
The small, yet robust sensor can be specified in pressure ranges of 0-15 to 0-300 PSI gage or absolute, operates on a 5 Vdc power supply and provides a linear amplified voltage output proportional to pressure of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc.
Designed to measure dry air or inert gases, this compact and durable sensor is ideal for braking, active suspension, and other vehicle air pressure applications.
The quick-disconnect is an economical and handy feature that helps eliminate the cost of redundant air hose adapters, fittings, and reducers. A variety of quick-disconnect port sizes can be specified including 5/32”, 3/16” and ¼” among others.
The compact, lightweight and highly reliable design utilizes Kavlico’s field-proven piezoresistive sensing technology, which provides excellent EMI performance.
